Clear Terms For Using HBC's Website

These Website Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Healthcare Business Connection LLC website and related communications.

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Website Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Healthcare Business Connection LLC ("HBC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You may use this website only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. The website is intended for adults and business users. By using it, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Website Use

HBC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You may view, download, or print reasonable excerpts for your own internal use. You may not interfere with the website, bypass security, copy or exploit the website for an unauthorized commercial purpose, or use automated means to access it in a way that burdens or disrupts our systems.

4. Services and Information

HBC provides business operations support and related information for healthcare organizations. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a client, employment, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship by itself. A service relationship is governed by a separate written agreement, if any.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website or its content at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that all content is current, complete, or suitable for your particular situation.

5. User Submissions

If you submit a question, inquiry, application, resume, message, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. You grant HBC permission to use, reproduce, and share the submission as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide requested services, administer recruiting, operate our business, and comply with law.

Do not submit patient records, PHI, trade secrets, or confidential information through a general website form unless HBC has expressly provided an approved secure method for that information.

6. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Consent

By voluntarily checking an SMS consent box, providing express consent through another approved method, or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive text messages from HBC regarding the purposes identified at the time of consent, which may include appointment reminders, billing updates, service notifications, and marketing communications. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or receiving assistance from HBC.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. HBC does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received.

Opting Out and Requesting Help

Reply STOP to opt out of HBC text messages. Reply HELP for help or contact support@healthcarebusinessconnection.com or 832-304-2007. After an opt-out request, HBC will stop sending messages to the applicable mobile number, except for limited administrative communications needed to confirm or administer the request. You may re-enroll by replying START or providing new consent through an approved method.

Consent Records and Privacy

HBC may record your mobile number, consent date and source, the consent language presented, message records, and HELP, STOP, or re-enrollment requests to administer the SMS program, demonstrate consent, respond to requests, and comply with applicable requirements. HBC does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information, consent records, or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Service providers may use this information only to provide services to HBC. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Communications

If you provide contact information, you agree that HBC may use it to respond to your request, communicate about a requested service or application, send administrative information, and provide other communications permitted by law. Email, phone, and SMS preferences are separate; SMS consent is optional and limited to text messaging.

8. Healthcare Disclaimer

HBC is a business services company. The website does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or patient-specific medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services. Do not rely on the website as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Website content is general information and is not legal, accounting, tax, compliance, employment, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting on website content.

10. Third-Party Services

The website may contain links, maps, embedded tools, or references to third-party websites and services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. HBC does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or performance.

11. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, and software, are owned by HBC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited use allowed in these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from website content without written permission.

12. Feedback

If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the website or HBC's services, you grant HBC the right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided that HBC will not identify you publicly as the source without your permission.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website to violate law, infringe another person's rights, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, collect information without authorization, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or send spam, fraudulent content, or unlawful communications.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website.

18. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal action, you agree to contact HBC and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief when necessary to protect rights or prevent immediate harm.

19. Changes to These Terms

HBC may update these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
